The Start of a New Year: 2013

It’s January 1st, for a few more hours.

Have you been thinking about what changes you’d like in your life?

We’ve been thinking about what changes we want at the Pittsboro Roadhouse.

Our look. Everyone likes the renovations. We do too. So we’re good in that department. Phew! We worked hard on that!

Our menu. We get lots of feedback about our menu. We have those who love it. And we have customers who have been asking for more vegetarian, more vegan, more low-salt / low cream. While Tempura Dipped Bacon and the Roadhouse Angus Burger remain big sellers, our salads and especially our salmon dishes are very popular.

Greg Lewis, the Pittsboro Roadhouse owner, has had a long career in the food business, an his catering company, Catering-by-Design has done very well, winning 2 awards in 2012, one in Customer Service Excellence. Greg’s an excellent cook and loves creating new recipes. He’s said he’s been mulling over some changes for 2013, with no commitment yet as to when, but know some changes are in the works.

Our music. How are you liking our music lineup? Live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. Have you seen who’s lined up for 2013?
